Briggs will speak about his time as a California Highway Patrol officer at the Golden Gate Bridge and his personal struggles with mental illness. Kevin was able to rescue over 200 individuals during their most vulnerable moments - as they contemplated leaping from the bridge, earning him the nickname "Guardian of the Golden Gate Bridge"
